Listing Editor

Note: To manage your listing(s), your Genesys Cloud org must be enabled for vendor access, and your user account must have the proper AppFoundry permissions assigned, as detailed in AppFoundry ISV Partners.

Once vendor access has been enabled and your listings have been paired to your profile, log in to AppFoundry and click your userName in the upper right corner. There should now be a Vendor menu with the option Listing Editor. See below:

Once in the Listing Editor, all published listings associated with your Vendor Profile are listed under Published Listings, and a new section called Drafts appears. To update a listing, select Published Listings, then click Create Draft to make edits to your listing.

All available editable fields of a listing are below:

  • Application Name
  • Tag Line
  • Short Description
  • Full Description
  • Use Case - Do Not Alter Format
  • Product Details
    • Languages
    • Industry
    • Attestations
  • Terms and Conditions (URL)
  • Marketing Brochure (PDF)
  • Help Documentation (URL)
  • Images
  • Video URL

If updates are still in progress but not yet complete, use the Save button to create the draft. Drafts will appear under the Drafts tab and are available for further editing. Once the updates to your listing are complete, click the Submit button to notify the AppFoundry team that your edits are ready for review. If accepted, your Draft will then become your published listing on AppFoundry. If your Draft is rejected, the AppFoundry Team will provide an explanation of the rejection so the issues may be addressed and resubmitted for approval.
