Usage Dashboards

Note: To access the Usage Dashboards your Genesys Cloud org must be enabled for vendor access and your user account must have the proper "AppFoundry" permissions assigned as detailed in AppFoundry ISV Partners

The administrator of the enabled Genesys Cloud Org will need to add the following permissions to authorized users within their Genesys Cloud Org for App Usage dashboards:

  • appFoundry > appUsage > view

Enabled Genesys ISV AppFoundry Partners, once authenticated using the Genesys Cloud Org on AppFoundry will now seeVendor menu with the App Usage menu option. Once loaded up the user will be presented with the following screen to entered in the apiKey:

Next add your unique appId(s) to the column on the left side of the navigation. A single AppFoundry Partner may have multiple appIds. See here:

To segment customer data by region, selected the Genesys Cloud region below the appId(s) on the left hand side of the navigation menu. See here:

Once viewing region specific customers click an individual orgId to view customer specific contract information regarding the ISV App.
