AppFoundry ISV Partner Entry Criteria 
1. Solutions interoperate or integrate with one or more Genesys products through standard APIs (i.e. SIP, MRCP, SCXML, VXML, Web Services) or Genesys APIs/SDKs

Solutions, Products, or integrations must meet Genesys standards for quality and reliability through validation
Partner must show commitment to an ongoing partnership and demonstrate incremental customer value as perceived by our mutual customers
Partner has to integrate into Genesys Cloud by building a Premium Application
Includes maintaining integration/interoperability between Genesys’ and the partner’s latest solution/product releases
Free trial instances of Genesys Cloud will be deactivated if they are idle for more than 6 week
2. Partner must be approved by Genesys AppFoundry Partner Management, Business Development or Product Management
3. Partner must execute a AppFoundry Partner Master Agreement (APMA), Evaluation Agreements, and associated SDK Agreements where applicable

4. Partner must apply for a partnership through the Genesys Ascend Portal LINK
5. Partner must sign up with an e-mail address associated with a domain name close to their company name. Individual developers need to register with an e-mail address associated to their business domain name. Registration requests with e-mail addresses associated to an e-mail service such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, iCloud will be denied.
6. All Premium AppFoundry applications are reviewed by the Genesys Developer Support Team and Genesys Product Management to ensure the solution is using the most modern and supported method of integration to the relevant Genesys Platform(s).
7. Genesys does not create, test, support, or warrant any AppFoundry listings unless it is explicitly noted in the AppFoundry listing that the solution is built by Genesys
- Partner is required to comply with the following criteria:
- Using industry standards to build in security as part of the Systems or Software Development Lifecycle
- Security defect management in code prior to production
- Verification of software suppliers adhere to industry standards for Systems/Software Development Lifecycle security
- Application review for security vulnerabilities prior to deployment to production
- SOC 2 Type II, CAIQ, CSA STAR, or other application security assessments accomplished
8. The minimum requirements for AppFoundry ISV Partners are detailed below:
- Must have a ready-to-go GDPR compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
- Genesys can provide a DPA template if needed
- Must have a Genesys-approved EULA available for acceptance by its customers, when listing on AppFoundry
- Partner conducts its internal testing to confirm integration/interoperability of each solution with Genesys products and verifies that it meets Genesys’ requirements
- Partner will be responsible for providing test lab, plans, and results at its own cost
- Partner will provide solution installation documentation and solution operation documentation through an online platform to maintain high-quality standards
- Partner is responsible for documenting each solution and its integration/interoperability with Genesys Engage, Genesys Cloud and/or PureConnect.
- Partner can use 3rd parties to assist with testing (Genesys PS, Genesys Partners, etc.)
- Partner is responsible for technical support associated with the solution
- Partner must provide solution updates, upgrades and alignment with the most recent Genesys software versions
- Partner is responsible for the accuracy of the representations, claims and statements it makes during and after the verification/validation and for contracting the solution on its own EULA
- Partner is expected to maintain a Genesys lab for ongoing testing and support of their solution or to schedule and pay for use of Genesys hosted lab environments
- Note also that:
- Genesys Developer Support will not review the partner’s self-validation test plan and results
- AppFoundry Partners without a listing in AppFoundry are not entitled to use a Partner Logo with Genesys
