Note: To create/manage your Vendor Profile your Genesys Cloud org must be enabled for vendor access and your user account must have the proper "AppFoundry" permissions assigned as detailed in AppFoundry ISV Partners
Once vender access has been enabled, login into the AppFoundry and click your userName
in the upper right corner, select the proper region for your org and provide your credentials as needed. There should now be the following option Vendor
menu displayed on the menu bar next to the Home
link, proceed by selecting Vendor Info
and adding the following:
- Offices
- Office Hours
- Sales
- Support
- Additional
- Phone Numbers
- Websites
- Documents
CRITICAL STEP - Upon profile configuration email appfoundry.support@genesys.com so your profile can be associated to your listings. If you have multiple listings, please specify in the email.
