Submission Requirements

A Blueprint consists of all content published on the Genesys Cloud Development Center in an Open Source Repository wiht a folder named blueprint. Each Blueprint should also contain the following:

  • All images or files referenced by the Blueprint article must reside somewhere within the blueprint directory and all addresses/links to that content must be relative (e.g. do not start with http or /).
  • There must be a Blueprint article located at blueprint/index.md in the repository.
  • The source code for the Blueprint can reside anywhere in the repository as long as it's not in the blueprint folder. The first paragraph, 2-5 sentances in length, of the Blueprint's article will be displayed as the summary on the Genesys Cloud Development Center.
  • The repositories README.md file should contain a summary of the blueprint and link to the published location in the Genesys Cloud Dev Center.
  • All source code file(s)
  • Unit tests

Blueprint Submission Process

A Genesys AppFoundry ISV Partnership is a base requirement prior to submission of a Blueprint on AppFoundry. Submission of a Blueprint is a simple process for approved AppFoundry ISV Partners:

  1. Request concept approval from the AppFoundry and Genesys Cloud Developer Evangelism Team
  2. Submit finalized Blueprint for review and approval to the AppFoundry Team
  3. Upon approval submit a completed AppFoundry Listing Request, see here for details
