AppFoundry Reporting

AppFoundry offers ad-hoc reports in order to notify AppFoundry Partners and Resellers of closed opportunities. AppFoundry Partners are notified of any closed opportunity of their application(s) to any direct or indirect customer. Resellers are notified of all closed opportunties of any AppFoundry application. The trigger for sending the ad-hoc notification is “order acceptance” by Genesys Finance for accepted incoming orders.

Please make sure your target e-mail address for AppFoundry ad-hoc reports is properly stored within AppFoundry Account Properties. You can request your AppFoundry Account Property setting through Deal Support Request inside Genesys Ascend.

Please note, Genesys sends out for new subscriptions as well as subscription amendments. Amendments are being sent in case of a change within the subscription or in case of a subscription extension. For M2M subscriptions, each month equals a subscription amendment.
