  • Opportunity Stage: The stage of the opportunity above. EX: Qualification and Initial interest, Discovery and Solution Alignment, Value Validation, Negotiate and Close, Closed Won Pending and Closed.
  • Offering Detail: Offering details of the opportunity. EX: Genesys Cloud Trial, Amendment, etc.
  • CSM: Name of assigned Genesys Customer Success Manager.
  • Sale Type: Direct or Indirect Sale
  • Opportunity Region: Assigned region of the customer. EX: APAC, EMEA, etc.
  • Opportunity Owner: Name of the Genesys sales employee that owns opportunity.
  • Sold to Country: Customer’s Country
  • Opportunity Type: Type of Opportunity. EX: New Logo, Existing Business – Expansion, Existing Business – Cross Sell, Existing Business – New Line of Business, Existing Business – Migration.
  • Opportunity Sub Region: Grouping based on Business Size & Company line of Business/Group. EX: Mid-Market East, Government, etc.
